Are you passionate about solving IT problems? Rival Group is looking for an independent problem solver to join our team as Cloud Systems Administrator.

You'll be responsible for all things corporate IT from helping troubleshoot user issues to building processes and implementing new software solutions.

What You'll Do:

Developing and Improving Cloud Systems:Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and services.

Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to business operations. Create new and streamline existing processes based on business needs.

Innovate: Enjoy the autonomy to be creative and implement new and evolving modern cloud technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Identity and Access Management: Maintain our Azure Active Directory instance and ancillary software.

Procurement: Coordinating equipment purchases including computers, mobile devices, accessories, and software licensing. Research and recommend new products and services to the business. Track, manage, and maintain existing equipment.

What You'll Have:

Are a passionate IT administrator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
Hold 3+ years of experience working in an IT Administration role.
Are educated in computer science or IT related field (IE: Business Information Technology Management Diploma or similar program, Bachelor of Computer Science etc.).
Possess proficiency in cloudbased, device agonistic environments.
Experience with scripting and automation tools.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working in a complianceoriented environment (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA).
Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL.
Experience working in a customer serviceoriented fast paced environment.
