Responsibilities:


At CloudKettle Junior Business Intelligence Analysts (BIA) play an important role in helping our clients see their business differently; through their data.

They dig deep into current business norms, learn to question why, and search for ways to affect positive change.
This position requires working in many areas of data engineering such as; collecting, storing, analysing and governance. This means that BIA's are fully engrossed in the data pipeline of our clients.

This includes:

  • Understanding backend data infrastructure (tools, platforms, and processes) to know where data comes from and how it's structured at its source, and how it's processed before making its way into reporting/dashboards.
  • Researching and recommending new lead acquisition and conversion opportunities.
  • Compiling weekly business intelligence, digital marketing, inbound and outbound sales, and customer renewal performance reports for clients.
  • Attending regular meetings with clients and the team to review digital marketing strategies, Sales conversions, and Customer Retention metrics; then researching industry benchmarks and recommended best practices.
  • Working collaboratively with internal team members and external partners to improve clients' opportunity pipeline and conversion.
  • Become an expert in the Salesforce ecosystem, ingesting data, the automation of data preparation, and the creation of a self service analytics experience.
Education Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or college diploma in commerce, business, marketing, statistics, infosystems or a related field.
  • A selfstarter with effective project management skills and the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • The ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and develop a rapport with team members and clients.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Tableau, Datorama, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce learning/certifications like Trailhead, Salesforce Administrator, etc. considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales best practices and the measuring of their effectiveness is an asset.
  • Knowledge of data warehouses, relational databases, ETL tools/workflows, SQL and code reviews is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of statistical data analysis considered an asset
  • A welldeveloped sense of humour.
