- Maintaining HVAC systems, including inspections, repairs, tests, etc.
- Maintaining and repairing equipment, property, and general building and preventative maintenance
- Inspection of facilities for safety hazards; repairing and maintaining as necessary
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional guest service at all points of contact.
- Complete all work orders as assigned
- Communicate effectively with management at all levels
- Performs other duties as assigned or directed
- 4th Class Power engineering or 5th Class Power Engineering plus Refrigeration Endorsement
- A good working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, general facility repairs
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel when required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to successfully obtain a GPEB license
- Serving It Right Certification or the ability to achieve a Serving It Right Certification
- Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication
