Front Office Assistant - Richmond, Canada - Healthcare clinic

Description

A busy healthcare office in the Steveston area is looking for a front office assistant.

Previous experience in a medically-related or educationally-related field is an asset. Must have good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Dropbox. Experience with the software program, Jane, is an asset.


Office tasks may include:
- billing and invoicing, using the Jane platform
- greeting customers and taking payments as needed (cash, e-transfers, credit card, billing to insurance)
- management of inventory, and restocking these as needed
- social media management, website updates as needed
- general office organization and light cleaning duties as required
- assisting the therapy team with preparation and organization of materials
- following provincial health guidelines with respect to COVID safety protocols

Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per provincial guidelines.

Training will initially take place on Saturdays or late afternoons, with the possibility of full time work starting in late February.
