- Operate CNC Horizontal/Vertical Milling machines, including setup procedures.
- Familiarity with CNC programs and codes, including G and M codes.
- Work within tight tolerances, ensuring parts meet quality specifications outlined in technical drawings.
- Conduct daily maintenance checks to ensure the safety and readiness of equipment and lifting devices for production.
- Operate efficiently under fast-paced conditions, potentially managing multiple machines simultaneously.
- Adhere to Company Health & Safety standards and programs.
- Additional related duties.
- High School Diploma with proficiency in mathematics and mechanical drawing skills.
- Recent graduate from college or technical trade school.
- 5 or more years of experience in setting up and operating CNC Milling machines; the company is willing to provide training if necessary.
- Previous experience with forklift operation and familiarity with jib/overhead cranes is an asset.
- Physical capability to perform essential duties, including regular lifting and carrying loads ranging from 5-23 kg.
- Ability to work safely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal & written
