- Collect, clean, and analyze data across key business systems
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated tools
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define data needs
- Improve processes through data standardization and AI‑driven solutions
- Assist with data validation, quality control, and system upgrades
- Mentor junior analysts and support continuous learning initiatives
- Bachelors in Math, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or similar
- 3+ years of data analytics experience in a mid‑to‑large business setting
- Strong Excel skills (including macros), SQL, and Power BI
- Experience working large data sets and presenting insights clearly
- Experience with Python programming language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Tableau, Crystal Reports, or data warehousing tools (Redshift, Azure)
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista or Spreadsheet Server
- Background in the construction or industrial sector
