Position Summary

This position will assist the Assistant Manager, Construction Projects/ Chairman in the execution of construction projects including contract compliance with schedule and budget.

Responsibilities:

 Update and track progress of the construction projects;
 Research and negotiate with different consultant as needed;
 Work with the design, engineering and construction consulting team as required;
 Assist in the preparation of documents and materials for public presentation;
 Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes and related reports;
 Assist in Contract Management;
 Other duties as assigned from time to time;

Qualifications:

 Studying civil, mechanical or electrical engineering in a college or university;
 Must be a proactive, detail oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
 Good computer and AutoCAD skills;
 Demonstrated problem solving abilities;
 Excellent written and oral communication skills;
