Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking experiences and processing payments online, over the phone and in person.
- Explain escape rooms and board games to guests, while offering lights snack and drink options in our lobby area.
- Oversee live action escape rooms, ensuring that the rooms are operating correctly.
- Basic opening, closing and side duties.
- Key holding responsibilities and ability to work alone.
- MUST have evening and weekend availability.
- Preferred experience in customer service/hosting and entertainment.
