Corporate Communications Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage)

This temporary position is expected to begin on August 14, 2023, for a duration of one year, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent contract afterward.

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Corporate Communications Manager to join our team on a temporary basis to help us change the way the world works.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our corporate communications strategy and brand visibility.


As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing thought leadership research campaigns, managing media relationships, developing PR content, and monitoring media coverage.

Additionally, you will have social media responsibilities, creating and curating compelling content for our corporate and executive platforms.

As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will

:


  • Write and determine a PR strategy on a corporate and productrelated (especially for our graphics brand) level including the distribution of press releases, media alerts, bylines, comments, and other PRrelated content.
  • Monitor industry trends to create and execute corporate PR thought leadership research campaigns to increase brand visibility, enhance reputation, and drive positive media coverage.
  • Work with global PR agencies to develop and distribute press releases, pitches, and thought leadership articles.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports on PR performance and impact.
  • Handle inbound media inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Create and curate compelling content for corporate and executive social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the data team to create reports that track and measure PR's impact.

What YOU
bring to the table

:


  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in executing successful corporate and product related PR campaigns and managing media relationships.
  • Handson, proactive, and independent worker with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the ability to translate them into compelling thought leadership pieces.
  • Ability to write and develop clear and engaging PR content.
  • Experience working with global PR agencies and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling social media content and managing social media platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and analyze media coverage and PR performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
