  • Education in Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with the TerminalBoss software
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in software evaluation, stakeholder interviews, and providing recommendations
  • Business/service oriented, with the ability to create and maintain productive relationships
  • Capable to influence and engage all levels of stakeholders and support change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
  • A high degree of discretion, engagement, initiative, and independence
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, analytic and critical thinking, relationship building, and group facilitation skills.

The TerminalBoss SME will:

  • Understand business needs, assess the available options to meet the needs, and make recommendations for changes/enhancements to the software currently implemented and/or alternate (replacement) options.
  • Perform stakeholder interviews to understand current process, gaps, and gather new requirements.
  • Resolve complex requirements conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and document project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Review existing software implementation and evaluate potential solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with software vendor(s) to evaluate options to meet business needs.
  • Prepare final report including methodology, findings, options and recommendations, etc.
  • After completion of the final report, may move into role supporting implementation of the selected solution.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sherwood Park, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
