Description
Your main responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our services
  • Liaise with various teams within eShipper+ to help manage client deliverables, expectations, risks and timelines
  • Serve as daytoday contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external seniorlevel management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Review the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
  • Bring new ideas to the table about how we can better serve our clients
  • Improve efficiency of accounts and optimize existing processes

Requirements / Experience:

  • Experience working in the eCommerce, Shipping, or Fulfillment industry
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with ERPs, especially NetSuite
  • Nativelevel English proficiency
  • Heightened organizational skills to handle multiple priorities at once
  • University Degree or higher

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
