Overview:
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop new employees on company policies and procedures
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and maintain high standards
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and restocking products
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the hiring process
Skills:
- Proficiency in training development for staff members
- Experience with pointofsale (POS) systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Understanding of market trends and retail operations
- Previous experience in retail management, including supervising employees
Job Types:

Pay:
$22.00 per hour
