We are currently recruiting for a
Client Relations Representative
for our Head Office located in Winnipeg, Manitoba


With nearly 40 years of industry experience, Border Brokers, has been providing superior personalized service to importers and exporters from around the globe.

At Border Brokers, we design procedures to make customs clearance simple, customizing plans to our client's specific needs.

Utilizing direct points of contact, in-house specialists, and proprietary innovations, we maintain a level of service that sets us apart.


Job Summary:


Onboarding new clients, taking incoming calls, identifying customer issues, diagnosing problems, collaborating with the client relations team, updating of records, ensuring Border Brokers level of customer service is met.


Responsibilities:


  • Showcasing excellent ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while remaining accessible to our clients through daily operations
  • Accountable for monitoring and devising effective solutions to attain the best outcomes
  • Collaborating closely with various departments and representatives to strengthen and sustain current business and relationships
  • Managing all incoming calls and delivering exceptional client service
  • Overseeing administrative matters related to client service
  • Educating our clients about CARM, Border Brokers services, and industry advancements
  • Offering receptionist support and performing additional assigned responsibilities when needed
  • This position is inoffice, or potentially an inoffice/athome hybrid schedule; reliable transportation to and from the office is required

Education and Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Customer Service experience is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to be thorough
  • Computer savvy and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Confidentiality

$33,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
