We are seeking a Bilingual Business Development Manager - Inside Sales for a Global company.
This is a full-time position with base salary, benefits and bonus. The salary range is 70-80k base plus uncapped commission, bonus and benefits. The position will work full-time out of a home office location located in Quebec.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Canadian market share with new customers
- Support company growth objectives.
- Manage portfolio of prospects.
- Provide market data to the Marketing team.
- Meet sales targets
- Build strong customer relations
- Perform demonstrations of all products and services.
- Write and present tenders.
- Close individual sales.
- Update CRM including management of accounts, contacts, activities, and pipeline.
- Analyze market and competition
Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree (BA or BSc)
- Be a hunter, with a passion for selling.
- Expertise in the sales of technical solutions and/or software to Industrial clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
- Knowledge of process automation is an asset
- Confident communicator with a flair for selling.
- 90% Hunter / 10% Farmer.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and CRM
- Ability to manage difficult customer interactions and respond quickly to customer needs
- Meet targets and deadlines
