Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a talented Senior Manager Change Delivery for their Change Agent program. The successful candidate will build, nurture and develop a community of change agents to help ensure that program efforts are embraced and adopted by the organization, to drive the required change. The candidate in this role will help deliver change initiatives through the change agent network and drive new ways of working across areas such as company governance, education and client experience.

What you will do:

• Deliver change effort in a highly-matrixed decentralized B2B organization and/or partnership model.
• Understand how to influence senior leaders with extensive change and communications experience.
• Manage change programs in support of company governance, education (learning and development), and client experience ideally.
• Work across a highly-matrixed structure and manages multiple stakeholders with differing objectives.
• Understand and bring differing views together to achieve consensus through active listening.
• Build influence and personal credibility and positions with senior decision-makers confidently.
• Support complex implementations while managing and accounting for all perspectives, i.e., network, territories, change, transformation, and technical (be this including brand, IT, or process-focused etc).
• Work in vastly different cultural and political environments with a high level of global acumen and cultural sensitivity.
• Challenge and rethink decisions to achieve compromise.
• Build influence and business impetus to maintain momentum through the delivery of large-scale programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Marketing and Communications, Brand or related field.
• Extensive training or coursework in project management methodologies.
• Additional certifications or coursework in leadership development, coaching, or facilitation are beneficial.
• Proficient in networking and possess a proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across territory member firms (for ex. ambassador program).
• Able to demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, backed by substantial experience in marketing and business development.
• Proficient in comprehending the necessary changes and articulating them clearly and precisely to various audiences.
• Ability to adapt to different time zones to accommodate global meetings and touchpoints.
