THE ROLE

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborating with the junior management team to attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases

in-store by using the latest visual techniques

Generate business results and achieve key KPIs through
Handling customer complaints and enquiries to provide excellent levels of customer service
Creating innovative strategies to capitalize on sales opportunities
Providing assistance with the maintenance of standards on the sales floor
Encourage and foster personal progression throughout the store
Managing associates within company guidelines, policies and procedures
Providing assistance with the induction and training of new starters

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

Retail management experience of a minimum of 6 months 1 year.
Openness to feedback and willingness to develop.
High sense of urgency and keen eye for detail.
Positively motivate team members to drive daily sales and meet weekly objectives.
Ability to mitigate issues through problemsolve and troubleshoot issues.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Well rounded knowledge of both inhouse and global brands (Nike, Lacoste, Adidas, The NorthFace, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
IT skills
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is an asset.
