    FLS is searching for a Technical Support Specialist based in Eastern Canada , to focus on pumps and cyclones and support the growth and development of the Canadian market.

    The role's primary responsibility is to promote FLS as the leading supplier of Pumps, Cyclones and Valves through on-site troubleshooting and installation support.

    They will be helping our client's efforts to continuously improve their operational efficiencies and their technical competence.

    You will be supported by your manager and peers, contributing to the team's goal of maintaining and growing the installed PCV equipment in Canada.

    This is a fully remote opportunity (but must reside in Eastern Canada) with extensive travel requirements. Visit mine sites and customers in Canada and identify needs in existing equipment to communicate with Regional Sales Managers and sell the FLS Krebs solutions;


    • Support Regional Sales Managers with site visits to install, commission and troubleshoot Process and Mechanical issues with our Pumps, Cyclones and Valves;
    • Present Mechanical and Process training to customers on Pumps, Cyclones and Valves;
    • College degree BS or BA OR 10+ years mechanical experience;
    • 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer and/or in a Technical Services role;
    • Significant experience and knowledge working with pumps and cyclones in the mining industry;
    • developing and implementing project-specific sales strategies;
    • Ability to speak French and English is beneficial;
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
    • This position is remote 25% /75% traveling across Canada;
