    Description

    We are looking for an Iranian and Mediterranean baker who would like to join our team.

    PRODUCTION FEATURE:

    • Iranian paste
    • Dough fermented 24 hours and directly
    • Working with liquid and firm sourdough
    • Reasoned or organic flour
    • Pastries with creamed butter
    • Work routine early in the morning and not at night
    • Open-air workspace, access to customers
    • Excellent equipment (Bongard, Rollmatic)

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Perform various tasks related to the production of bread and pastries
    • Kneading, dividing, shaping and cooking the dough according to experience
    • Integrate the production routine in place
    • Cleaning of materials and equipment
    • Continuous development
    • Integrate and work in tandem with the functioning of the team in place

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience (an asset)
    • Constructive communication
    • Know-how, rigor, autonomy, motivation
    • Concern for cleanliness and tidying
    • MAPAQ Hygiene and safety training (an asset)
