Bilingual Technical Support Agent - Toronto, Canada - Opifiny Corp.
Description
The bilingual technical support representative is responsible for providing support for users of the Opifiny software platform in both French and English.
The rep will have thorough knowledge of Opifiny's product, in order to help out end users.Responsibilities and tasks
Typical responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Verifying new users of Opifiny
- Main source of communication between users and Opifiny
- Providing information about our product
- Proofreading and translation of online content, marketing collateral and documentation related to Opifiny's product from English to French.
- Following up with user issues
- Communicate user issues to QA team
- Tracking bugs and issues in the Opifiny platform
About Opifiny
Salary:
$41,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
