    isure insurance inc. is hiring a Commercial Account Manager role to join our highly successful and growing Small Business team. The candidate will be responsible for servicing and growing the assigned book of small business accounts. This position will contribute to our continued growth for Commercial Lines; the candidate must have strong customer service skills, goal oriented and a solid understanding of various insurance companies and their underwriting rules.

    ​​Role and Responsibilities​

    • To quote and bind isure referrals and leads
    • To service and grow the assigned book of small business accounts
    • Be a strategic insurance resource in helping client grow their business
    • To qualify prospects:
    • Obtain all underwriting information including reviewing exposures and loss experience to determine risk qualifications and requirements
    • Working with Insurer portals to obtain quotes
    • Prepare Risk Marketing submissions where required
    • Prepare and present prospect proposals
    • Manage isure's new client onboarding process
    • To deliver exemplary client experience in isure key deliverables
    • Responsible to review and approve client coverage including new business, endorsements and renewals.
    • To advocate on behalf of our clients in all underwriting and claims negotiation
    • Adherence to isure E&O and risk management protocols
    • Pursue continuous learning technical and interpersonal skills

    ​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​

    • 2 years insurance customer service or personal lines experience
    • Previous sales experience an asset
    • RIBO Licensed
    • Working toward professional designations an asset (CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent)
