Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Excellence - Exhibit a deep understanding of Ford vehicles, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and sell to potential customers. Demonstrate a consultative approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Commission-Driven Performance - Enjoy an attractive 25% commission plan with additional volume bonuses that can exceed $2000. Maximize your earning potential by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Finance & Insurance Gross Payable - Participate in F&I opportunities to enhance your income. Work closely with our finance team to provide customers with comprehensive financing options and insurance packages.
  • Monthly Spiffs and Bonus Incentives - Benefit from monthly spiffs and bonus programs designed to reward outstanding performance. Your dedication and results will be recognized and financially acknowledged.
  • Ford Experience Advantage - While Ford experience is a plus, we also welcome individuals with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for the Ford brand. Continuous learning opportunities will be provided to enhance your knowledge.
  • Company Demonstrator - Enjoy the benefit of a company demonstrator vehicle, allowing you to experience and display the latest Ford models firsthand. This not only adds convenience but also helps you sell with confidence.

Qualifications:


  • Proven record of accomplishment in automotive sales, with a focus on new vehicle sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customercentric mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Ford vehicles and features is advantageous.
  • Goaloriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
