Description

We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to oversee the seamless running of Table Food + Drink, which is open for lunch, dinner, and breakfast
. located within Coast Canmore Hotel & Conference Center.


Daily responsibilities include overseeing employees, upholding a good standard of service, fulfilling financial targets, and guaranteeing that customers have a pleasurable dining experience.


Duties includes;

  • Staff Management
  • Hire, train and supervise FOH staff, including scheduling
  • Maximize revenues through upselling and developing new revenue sources.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and hold team members accountable.
  • Maintain, update and troubleshoot POS to ensure accurate and functioning
  • Basic website updates
  • Respond to and manage online reviews
  • Assist in beverage inventory counts and control measures.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotion ideas, execution
  • Ensure health and safety practices and WCB regulations are taught and followed.
  • Assist with Payroll timesheet approval and tip distribution
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Hands on experienced individual with a previous background in Food and Beverage Leadership role preferred
  • Demonstrated superior knowledge of MSWord, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Resourceful and creative with the ability to work well under pressure and in changing situations.
  • Team player, flexible and energetic with the ability to work independently

Salaried position - salary based on experience
