Dragados Canada, Inc., the Canadian construction arm of the ACS Group (one of the world's largest international construction and engineering companies), is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join its dynamic and energetic team.


Dragados Canada was established in 2008 and has grown steadily into an industry-leader in Canada, with offices in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, successfully performing a variety of large-scale transportation, bridge, dam, tunnel, and other major infrastructure projects.


Responsibilities

  • Develop job postings and post jobs on company's website and other external websites as needed
  • Identify selection criteria and develop screening questions
  • Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines
  • Maintain applicant and interview data and offer metrics as required
  • Assist with performing background checks
  • Build and maintain brand awareness
  • Attend university and college career fairs, and industry events as needed
  • Collaborate with the team in order to improve the talent acquisition programs and the quality of talent entering the organization
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resources or other related discipline
  • CHRP designation would be considered an asset
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Certification would be considered an asset
  • Experience recruiting within the Construction or Engineering industries is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of provincial and federal Employment laws, Human rights and Privacy legislation
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and Adobe
  • Experience working with ATS's. Hands on experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in French will be considered an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence others
  • Comfortable working within a very fast paced environments with changing and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to be discreet and manage sensitive information
  • Passionate team player with willingness to help other team members
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel throughout Canada if needed
This position requires the incumbent to work from the office; remote work is not possible for this position.
