POSITION TITLE:
Technical Project Manager
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications and requirements
- Project Management Certification or greater
- Strong verbal, written and comprehension skills using the English language
- Organized and systematic approach to task management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Self motivated, take direction well, good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to ongoing learning of emerging technologies and Tecnet standard solution offerings
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders on project plan deliverables
- Setup and create project plans
- Manage resource allocation
- Work closely with the Account and Sales team to manage project pipeline
- Provide client, account manager and management team regular status updates and reports on project progress and risks
- Manage budget including budgeted hours
- Ensure all IT Roadmaps, network diagrams and other documentation are being regularly updated as projects come to an end
- Coordinate and run project kickoffs, status updates and lessons learned meetings
- Document lessons learned and implement those lessons into the standard project templates
- Manage and maintain a current portfolio of standard project plans
- Manage all new project, IMAC and other tickets that come from sales coordination to assign the appropriate technical resources, manage client expectations
- Coordinate with the ServiceDesk team lead on resource allocation when schedules conflict between break/fix and project/IMAC service delivery
- Manage the Solution design queue and ensure solution design requests are returned completed to the client account manager in an appropriate timeline and keep the account manager appraised of progress provide management reporting on solution design activity
- Ensure all client onboarding projects are managed and transitioned from discovery to SteadyState, ensuring all documentation is collected and updated into the Tecnet Knowledge management tool and ServiceDesk training/onboarding is completed prior to Golive

- Works to strengthen Tecnet culture, teamwork and corporate pride
- Provides good service to both internal and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Accountability for project lifecycle from kick off to wrap up

- Solution design requests are being fulfilled in a timely fashion and customer expectations are being met
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
