Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and operate folding carton glueing machines to produce packaging products according to job specifications.
Ensure the machine is properly fed with raw materials and monitor the production process to maintain quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise during production.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to correct defects or deviations.
Keep accurate records of production data, downtime, and maintenance performed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Folding Carton Glueing Machine Operator or similar role in the packaging industry.
Proficiency in operating folding carton glueing machines, including setup and adjustments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation.
Willingness to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
