We are currently looking for individuals who can deliver high quality service, initiative and be strong team players. Position is based on a Monday to Friday work week. Opportunities for Education and Growth are an important part of our offerings.


Duties of the position:


  • Answer and complete client inquiries
  • Handle and report claims
  • Process policy changes on behalf of insurers
  • Quote and bind on new policies

Qualifications:


  • RIBO/OTL license required or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate excellent customer experience skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Applied Epic is an asset
  • CAIB or other designation is an asset

Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
