CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR:

Our team in
Winnipeg currently has an opening for a
Customer Service Administrator

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides general administrative support to the Alberta District Manager and Vice President
Oil & Gas;
Handles all incoming telephone calls and queries and redirect calls as required;
Sorts and distributes internal and external mail, including faxes and prepares outgoing mail for postage or courier service;
Prepares all invoices for mailing on a daily basis, including attaching backup for all Remote invoices; scans and attaches backup to Brenntag's invoice to meet customer requirements for 'Open Invoice'; Inputs routine invoice submission into Ecommerce, open invoice, Cortex for select customers
Files all interoffice documentation and prepares files for offsite storage;
Accurately manages the order inputting process for select customers;
Assists the Remote Invoice Clerks with matching backup to invoice as required;
Scans all completed invoice adjustments and ensures appropriate management approvals are received;
Orders office stationary supplies and approved furniture requests; ensures stationary supply rooms are kept in neat and orderly fashion;
Initiates service calls for general office equipment including telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, mail equipment, and kitchen equipment; as required, compiles equipment prices and features for purchasing decisions by management;
Completes administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the District Manager.

YOUR PROFILE:

Education and Experience:

Secondary School education; College Diploma in Business would be considered an asset
Prior related work experience (13 years)
Computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Previous experience/exposure with ERP systems, preferably SAP, would be considered an asset
