Cathedral Social Hall Saskatoon is now accepting resumes for a night kitchen supervisor to join our teamResponsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output
- Function as part of a team, with a focus of communication
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Closing kitchen at the end of the night during the week and weekends
- Reports and accepts guidance from Kitchen Manager and General Manager
Skills
- Cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Ability to be a leader
- Ability to use kitchen utensils safely
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices

The Cathedral Social Hall is proud to offer a Saskatchewan Beer Experience like no other. We've completely revamped well-known watering holes in Regina and Saskatoon into a beer-hall atmosphere. We have 30 temperature controlled beers on tap as well as next-level pub food.
