Gorilla Group will be rebranding as Wunderman Thompson Commerce & Technology, effective during the second quarter. This will also bring together specialized capabilities across North America to strengthen the Wunderman Thompson commerce and technology offering.


What you'll be doing:


  • Generate Test Strategy based on Gorilla Best Practices and cater where needed to meet the client's needs and timeline
  • Build Test Plans based on sprints, features, and timeline
  • Review and understand all business requirements created by our BSAs
  • Review, update and approve Test Cases Track and report Test Execution results Setup and execute Exploratory charters as needed for functional, usability, and compatibility testing
  • Manage a team of Test Engineers project hours, project responsibilities, and provide solution based guidance to them as needed
  • Execute EndtoEnd / Integration testing between Ecommerce system and thirdparty systems with little oversight
  • Audit the bug tracking tool to ensure timely remediation cycles are met and provide resolution assistance where needed
  • Communicate issues to management that may pose any risk to the quality
  • Work closely with development and project management staff to identify an appropriate plan for issue resolution and retest
  • Generate weekly QA Reports to client Ability to multitask across multiple projects
  • Work and collaborate with team members across regions (North America and Europe)
  • Communicate effectively to the clients as neededContinually work to enhance and streamline the services which we offer our client base

You should bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, production support, or technical support environments
  • Solid experience in creating and executing test cases independently
  • Solid understanding of website QA processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Able to interpret results, identify trends and communicate findings appropriately
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Experience utilizing multiple testing facilitation technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tracts of work
  • Ability to think outside the box regarding testing strategy and best practices
  • Experience with leading a team of Test Engineers/QAsAbility to mentor more Junior resources
  • Ability to articulate the value of various testing types and methodologies
  • Solid experience with talking and solutioning with the Client on the test strategy
  • Client facing experience

Nice to have:


  • Experience working with eCommerce platforms including Magento, Hybris, ATG, etc.
  • Experience testing thirdparty extension
  • Experience with any functional automation tool such as Selenium or GMeter
  • Some experience with Performance / Load testing
