Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather essential information and ensure accuracy in estimates.
• Evaluate project requirements and constraints to provide value engineering options and costeffective solutions.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and bid packages to clients and management.
• Monitor and track project costs, providing regular reports on budget variances and cost implications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in postproject reviews to analyze actual costs versus estimated costs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (French and English) and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, building codes, and construction practices.

$40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
