Description
Since 2005, Timber Restoration Services have been building and restoring timber structures in the USA, Canada, and Australia. We have an immediate need for anAdministrative Assistant to work out of our Dundurn, Saskatchewan office.
Duties
- Search for bids and tenders, completing bids for submission
- Obtain quotes for supplies and find vendors for work projects
- Manage projectrelated paperwork
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Requirements:
- MS Office and Excel experience
- Google Drive experience, Google Sheets
- Accounting experience is an asset
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Consistently meet deadlines and handle competing requests
- Ability to deal with highstress situations as they arise
- Selfdirected and able to work without supervision
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience
- Must have Construction Industry experience
- Must have a valid passport or the ability to obtain one
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- All applicants (if selected) must be able to complete preemployment requirements which will include all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and driver's license check, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
