- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
