    Description

    We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The Temporary Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill positions within our organization. This role requires a keen eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
    • Assist with other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role.
    • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
