Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with customers
- Constantly make outbound calls to learn customers' concerns and challenges in hiring and retaining talents
- Provide customized solutions for recruiting, hiring and onboardings
- Coordinate the sales team to make meeting appointment with customers
- Other duties assigned by the manager
Qualification Requirement:
- At least two years of experiences related to call center, customer service or sales
- High passion in customer services and relationship buildup
- Proficiency in telecommunication, Zoom, social media and Microsoft Offices
- Persistent and resultoriented working style
- Strong presenting and communicating skills
- Curiosity, always willing to learn new things
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$17.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
