Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with customers
  • Constantly make outbound calls to learn customers' concerns and challenges in hiring and retaining talents
  • Provide customized solutions for recruiting, hiring and onboardings
  • Coordinate the sales team to make meeting appointment with customers
  • Other duties assigned by the manager

Qualification Requirement:


  • At least two years of experiences related to call center, customer service or sales
  • High passion in customer services and relationship buildup
  • Proficiency in telecommunication, Zoom, social media and Microsoft Offices
  • Persistent and resultoriented working style
  • Strong presenting and communicating skills
  • Curiosity, always willing to learn new things

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00-$24.00 per hour
