As a
Client Care Specialist at the
Aylmer Veterinary Clinic, you will play an integral part for day-to-day function in the clinic, delivering top-notch customer service to our beloved patients, clients and our community.

Your dedication to animal welfare and your genuine passion for making a positive impact in their lives will be highly valued in a nurturing and family-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Use of our designated Veterinary software.
  • Booking patient appointments.
  • Greeting and checking in clients.
  • Taking medication and food refill requests.
  • Invoicing and collecting payments using a debit/credit machine.
  • Various administrative duties like scanning, filing and insurance paperwork.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Other duties as required by Practice Managers or Veterinarians.

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Bilingual.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently or collaborating effectively with a diverse team.
