Lead and manage a large inspection program across Canada which includes the management of direct assessors, third party vendors, client training and/or other internal team members to complete sites as per schedule.
Review plans and specifications from all disciplines (i.e., health and safety, code compliance, contract, and lease agreements, where applicable) to ensure overall compliance with processes, procedures, quality standards, building codes/regulations, governmental agency/company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the client, professionals, facility managers and other team members.
Support all aspects of the Capital Planning Program related to site inspections, project justification, data quality, reporting and system alignment.
Manage all travel and expenses in a cost effective and timely manner in full compliance with company and account guidelines and your manager's direction.
3+ years of experience in building assessments and with a large portfolio of assets
3+ years of people management and leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
Ability to travel (approximately 20% travel, 70% working from home, 10% in-person meetings)
Must possess a clean and valid driver's license
Must have the ability to climb ladders and work at heights over 10'
Fluency in French is an asset.
