Responsibilities:

Research construction project opportunities and identify target prospects using a variety of online sources, publications, and databases
Generate list of target prospects for outreach to supplement inbound leads
Set up meetings/calls with qualified prospects for Account Executives
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
Support outreach on lead generation initiatives and campaigns
Support sales & marketing engagement at industry events, including identifying and researching target attendees, outreach, and securing introductory meetings
Manage high volume book of existing and prospective prospects in HubSpot
Educate customer on Brickeye construction technology and IoT solutions and proactively identify new business opportunities
Achieve key performance indicator (KPIs) metrics
Exhibit good time management and organizational skills
Keep a high level of technical and business understanding of Brickeye's latest products and the ability to map them to customer needs
Work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and senior management to communicate customer needs, feedback, and market discoveries

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to initiate engagement and develop business relationships
Excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines
Motivation to make an impact in a fast-paced growing company
Competency and passion for new tools and technologies to improve business processes
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce)
Familiar with Industrial IoT market trends and demonstrate curiosity in new technologies and products that could add value
Previous experience in business development is a plus
Previous experience in construction technology is a plus
Proficiency in English
Technical or engineering background is an asset
