Job Summary:
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team
Qualifications:
- College or University diploma/degree preferred but not necessary
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles necessary
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics

$70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
