Description
Mehan Financial Services is looking for Part-time Administrative Assistant to provide management support in a collaborative open office environment. Key attributes are attention to detail and strong communication skills.


Other job responsibilities include:

  • Regular follow up with active clients and making cold calls
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our
office run smoothly

  • Schedule appointments and events
  • Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily
available


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in

Microsoft Office Applications:
Word, Excel

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, which include the ability to format documents, and draft official letters and correspondence.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calgary, AB T1Y5Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
