- Documents site activities obtaining relevant information on the contractor's operations, processes, procedures, etc.
- Provides support as required to the Senior Inspection staff
- Provides support for Quality Assurance field survey activities
- Assists in monitoring the contractor's quality control activities
- Assists in compiling field data in report form for review by the contract administration team
- Assists with Quality Assurance sampling and testing tasks
- Supports contract/field office administration staff as needed
- Designation as determined by OACETT as a Road Construction Junior Inspector (rcji) Technology/Technician is an asset
- Previous engineering/construction experience is an asset
- Prior experience working on MTO projects or municipal infrastructure projects
- T. or Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training with PEO
- Exposure to and ability to comply with Company and industry H&S requirements, policies, practices and procedures
- Able to work on weekends, nights, shift work, additional hours as required
- Proficiency with MS Office
- A valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle
- A post secondary diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology / Technician or equivalent
