THE POSITION
As an Equipment Service Technician, you will promptly install, maintain, and repair dental equipment.

You will be responsible for contacting vendors and coordinating repairs sent directly from customers and technicians to vendors, supporting the Windsor/Essex Country territory.

With a persistent focus on customer service, you will provide quality, innovation, and high standards of performance to achieve superior customer satisfaction.

This role requires the ability to flex weekly hours to meet the needs of the customer, after hours or on weekends as needed.

Qualifications

THE QUALIFICATIONS


You are someone who understands the value of strong customer relationships, and you know how to provide a client with great service.

You are natural born tinkerer who has a passion for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. Understanding and working with machinery and equipment is your strong suit. You have great time management skills, organizational skills, and work well under pressure. An education in mechanical or electrical technology is an asset.
