Description
The job of School Secretary/Administrative Assistant is to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Administration, communicate information to students, parents, staff, as well as coordinate substitute teacher scheduling.
In addition, the School Secretary prepares a wide variety of reports and written materials (e.g. correspondence, agendas, minutes, newsletters, Parent Handbooks, bulletins, programs, report cards) including filing for government funding on a variety of programs, as well as communication with the school department.
The School Secretary also completes other clerical duties as directed by the Head of School.
