Sunday-Thursday (off Friday and Saturday)

Starting wage is $18.00 plus tips


Tori's Bakeshop opened in March 2012 as Toronto's first vegan café, baking fresh daily with natural, organic, seasonal ingredients sourced as locally as possible.

Each baked good with a rustic flourish that best accentuates the natural beauty of the prominent flavour profile. Baked fresh daily, each item is hand-made with love in a positive teamwork environment.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Using a commercial oven to bake off all products daily.
  • Decorate finished goods according to our gold standards
  • Package the goods according to our order instructions, ensuring that everything is presentation is standard across the variant
  • Label and box the finished goods according to the order received to ensure that they are ready to be picked up by distribution team
  • Ensure our facility remains clean and up to standards
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, and the surroundings are nice and clean.
  • Restock shelves. Be able to lift 25 lbs daily.
  • Needs to be able to lift 80 qt mixer bowl

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 12 years' experience in the food industry is a bonus
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Dedicated and hardworking attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves
  • Efficient time management skills in a multitasking environment
  • One weekend day availability is required
