Technical Operator - Multivac

Under the direction of the Production Supervisors and/or Lead Hand, this position will be responsible for coordinating the operation of production equipment in accordance with all Dairy procedures, safety and Health regulations to provide superior work output.

This position has a flexible start and shift hours vary in order to meet the changing requirements of the production schedule.

_What you will do:
_

Run the Multi-Vac pack line and other equipment as required.
Fill out appropriate Packing reports accurately as required.
Assist in change overs, set up or tear down of the pack line machines as required.
Assist with rolling or packing as required.
At end of day be responsible for the cleaning up of equipment in preparation for sanitation.
Communicate with Supervisors, Lead Hands and other employees.
Maintain good communication between all team members.
Work in an efficient, timely, safe and productive manner at all times.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities including training of others.
Any other duties required.
