We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fleet Compliance Coordinator for our Ontario operations based out of Mississauga, Ontario.

Reporting to the Fleet Compliance Supervisor, this role is responsible for:

Providing day to day support to all areas of the business for any fleet related inquiry or request;
Creating, editing and managing all regulatory documentation including vehicle and operator information;
Supporting technicians, line managers and administrators with offseason documentation;
Assisting in compiling monthly reports to be supplied to MTO;
Assisting and compiling any files for accidents that are affecting our CVOR and follow up on any incidents that occurred on the CVOR from all contract areas;
File and organize documentations as well as other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent;
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
Strong organization, communication, and problemsolving skills;
Strong work ethic, be able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and be detail oriented, work outdoors if necessary;
Strong working knowledge of NSC, Carrier Safety, CVOR, HTA and TDG legislation and regulations;
Capable of multitasking and the ability to function in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable, high energy and selfmotivated.

Salary:
$41,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
