Level I or II Dental Assistant

What You Get To Do:
- Work in collaboration with the health care team.
- Prepare the operatory for all procedures by ensuring all instruments and materials are present for the scheduled procedure.
- Maintain a smooth flow of patients to ensure that patients are treated at their scheduled time and most efficient manner for their procedure
- Perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the department

- Ability to work under mínimal direction with demonstrated initiative and ability to be self directed, as well as, team player.
- Commitment to continuous learning, improvement and evidencebased practice.
- Attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
- Demonstrated resilience in a changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills ( able to work well with digital charting).
- Proven problem solving and organizational skills
- Experience in ClearDent software systems is an asset but, can be taught.
Qualifications:
Level 1 and or 2 Dental Assisting Certification
NDAEB Certification
HARP Certification
