What is the pay rate? $30.00/hr plus shift premium for night shift

What will you be doing here?

Working in a team environment on a production floor
Supervise, direct and oversee the work of Safety, Quality & the Production Process;
Ensure the safe, and efficient operation of all operating machines and related equipment;
Monitor Proper Shutdown Procedures and Ensure all related equipment is shutdown properly;
Establish a work standard of consistency on shift, maintain a standard of work that is consistent to all employees;
Ensure all employees are aware of safety and potential hazards in the environment and work in a safe manner;
Maintain/Monitor Production Outputs required by each machine, communicate reasons for lack of output /safety /maintenance related / Process or People related
Create on shift meetings (Toolbox Talk) to involve employees and communicate relative information daily;
Provide Assistance/Support and training when and where required to help build experienced teams

Other related duties as required.

This position is on a continental shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating from days to nights every two weeks.

7 shifts in a pay period, which equals 84 hours in a two-week period

Scheduled to work every other weekend

The hours are from 7 am to 7 pm during the day shift, switching to 7 pm to 7 am during the night shift, bi-weekly.
