We are seeking a Corporate Account Manager to support our National Accounts organization, with a strong focus on new business development and profitable growth. In collaboration with the Corporate Account Executive (CAE), this role supports the overall customer relationship management of new and existing corporate accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities while supporting current and incremental sales, AGM and profitability, service excellence, contract compliance, and sustainable account growth. 

This position has a salary range of $120,000.00 to $140,

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Corporate Account Executive (CAE) to manage and grow assigned corporate accounts, with a strong emphasis on new business development and profitable growth, including identifying expansion opportunities within existing agreements and supporting the onboarding and ramp-up of newly acquired accounts.
  • Actively identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities within national and regional customer portfolios, driving current and incremental sales growth while supporting AGM and profitability targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with defined levels of customer and vendor management to negotiate, establish, and maintain favorable contract terms and conditions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal processes, controls, and support systems to ensure service requirements, contractual commitments, and growth initiatives are consistently met.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adapt customer engagement strategies to profitably grow Imperial Dade Canada's share of wallet and long-term account value.
  • Work closely with the VP of Corporate / National Accounts and Sales Support Operations leadership to strategically support and manage corporate account staff across assigned portfolios, with a focus on growth execution and opportunity capture.
  • Lead or support the identification, definition, and execution of new business opportunities within existing and prospective agreements by:
    1. Building and deepening relationships with key customer stakeholders
    2. Developing and clearly articulating Imperial Dade Canada's value proposition
    3. Coordinating input from internal teams and vendor partners supporting the account
    4. Leading or supporting cross-functional sales efforts to increase revenue at large, profitable accounts
  • In coordination with the CAE and Regional VPs, manage and support the field engagement process for Sales Representatives and Zone Managers, including related audit, compliance, and performance review processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience handling large accounts. 
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing direct customer communication process, business reviews and financial analysis reporting.

Working/Other Conditions:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
