Learn more about us atResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and assist customers who are placing online or phone orders
- Be point for all incoming order requests; capture key needs from corporate clients and work with manager to develop quotes
- Resolve client questions and issues, including; managing delivery, invoicing customers and issuing receipts
- Lead client retention program (identify top clients, organize gift deliveries, etc.)
- Lead and contribute to key strategic projects to improve client experiences and operations (i.e. assist in marketing programs, packaging design/sourcing, promotion ideas, etc.)
- Assist the office with administration and invoicing
Hours / Requirements:
Full-time - Monday through Friday 9-5 or 10-6
2-5 years of customer service experience. Administration experience a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience with programs such as Canva a bonus.
