    Description

    We areSystematix and we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in ITSM systems and processes to aid in our client's implementation strategies.

    ABOUT THE PROJECT

    Our client is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to work with the Operations team and the Integration Program Manager to support and document the ITSM deployment project.

    Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements and working with business teams and IT to deploy the ITSM solution
    Creating business workflow diagrams, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including training.

    Working directly with the business owners of the specific areas who own the processes as well as new stakeholders and IT groups in operating companies.

    Participation in project Execution, Training and Cutover. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
    ~5+ years of business analysis and related experience.
    ~ High level of proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM .
    ~ Strong organizational, communicational, time management and planning skills
    ~ Ability to analyze information and present it in a clear, concise way to scientific and corporate audiences
    ~ Ability to work under pressure without compromising the quality of work

    This is a 3-month remote contract role to be performed in the Western European time zone.
