THE ROLE


As a Global Brand Manager, you will ensure the brand coherence and consistency of various products and their representation within the Splash Damage portfolio.

As a member of the Global Publishing Team and under the supervision of the Head of Global Brand Management, you collaborate with the Production, Global Communications, Growth Marketing and Creative Services teams.

You will collaborate on the product/brand definition as well as the elaboration of core brand strategy and deliverables.


YOU WILL:

  • Develop the brand strategy for games in development and clearly maintain the product vision and goals throughout the marketing communications campaign.
  • Work with the development teams to define and develop unique brand/product identity.
  • Define the overall communication plan for the games in collaboration with the Communications and Growth Marketing teams.
  • Define key messages and how they will translate into core marketing assets.
  • Lead the creation of key assets with Creative Services (screenshots, trailers, walkthrough, highres images etc.).
  • Be accountable for the respect of deadlines and ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency across all assets.
  • Maintain and communicate a clear deliverables plan.
  • Participate in the preparation of internal pitches and presentations.
  • Be capable of translating insights into valuable product recommendations.
  • Execute Postmortems and adapt the strategy and assets accordingly.
  • Oversee research on product appeal and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets.

YOU HAVE:

  • Some experience in product management in the game industry or in creative agencies.
  • Great communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Able to persuade and influence audiences and stakeholders across multiple functional groups.
  • Proven abilities to identify, understand, prioritize, plan and articulate market & customer requirements.
  • Analytic skills and experience with metricsinformed decision making.
  • Leadership, ability to work as part of a team and establish trusting relationships with other departments.
  • Ability to adapt and to manage change.
  • Resultsoriented and customer focused.
  • Excellent knowledge and passion for video games and entertainment industry at large.
